  • 1. Secure Your Coaching Container
    Choose a 3- or 6-month commitment. This gives us the space to go deeper than a one-off consult and build real momentum with your marketing.

    2. Kick-Off Call (90 mins)
    We’ll start with a deep-dive session to get clear on your business goals, current challenges, and priorities. Together, we’ll set focus areas for our coaching container.

    3. Fortnightly Coaching Calls (60 mins)
    Every two weeks, we’ll meet for a focused call. These sessions are part accountability, part troubleshooting, part strategy so you always leave with clarity and a clear set of next steps.

    4. Ongoing Support Between Calls
    You’ll have access to me via voice notes and email for quick feedback or accountability nudges in between calls. Think of it as having a strategist in your back pocket.

    5. Review + Refocus
    At the end of our container, we’ll do a wrap-up session to review your progress, celebrate wins, and map out what’s next so you don’t lose momentum.
